Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community at The Hudson; however there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment.

$250 refundable deposit
$400 non-refundable fee
Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.

Call the leasing office to receive a full copy of the pet addendum.

PET PERKS:

We love your furry roommates as much as you do! That’s why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon's Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch. We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.
